Il bilancio finale a Chalon-sur-Saône per docenti e studenti del progetto Erasmus B.Y.E.

Si è svolto in Francia, a Chalon-sur-Saône dal 14 al 20 maggio 2017 il quarto ed ultimo meeting dell’anno nel quadro del Progetto Erasmus+ "Being Young Entrepreneurs". Per l’ITI Cannizzaro erano presenti la dirigente scolastica, preside Giuseppina Montella, le docenti che hanno curato l’organizzazione del progetto: le professoresse Silvana Raccuia e Daniela Contrafatto, il prof. Renato Bonaccorso. Gli studenti che hanno partecipato all’appuntamento in Francia, invece, erano Giada Alicata, Claudia Raccuia, Martina Salerno, Andrea Donzuso, Carmelo Micalizzi e Francesco Nastasi. All’incontro hanno partecipato le delegazioni degli altri istituti guidate dai referenti Sari Halavaara e Juha-Pekka Lehtonen Istituto: “Olarin Koulu Ja Lukio” – Finlandia, Sharon Williams e Kelly Jordan Istituto: Neath Port Talbot College – Galles, Catherine Johannes e David Heppe Istituto: Lycée Hilaire De Chardonnet – Francia. Molte e tutte interessanti le attività svolte presso la Scuola francese. Il Task finale del progetto prevedeva la redazione di un Business Plan e la presentazione di un Pitch sulla Business idea. Gli studenti delle varie delegazioni, quindi, hanno partecipato ad una competizione, presentando un “Elevator Pitch” al fine di comunicare in maniera efficace la loro idea imprenditoriale. Gli studenti, raggruppati in team internazionali, hanno inoltre svolto varie attività: hanno preso parte ad un gioco pedagogico digitale, “Arkhè”, sulla gestione di un business e hanno predisposto un questionario per l'intervista ad imprenditori in occasione di varie visite aziendali organizzate durante la settimana di lavori. Quindi spazio al Kahoot test, con il Marketing vocabulary e al forum sulla piattaforma e-Twinning, intitolato “Quali qualità deve possedere un imprenditore di successo?” Dei lavori fatti e dei progetti elaborati si è parlato nei “Group discussion studenti”, con un panel intitolato “Quali benefici avete tratto da questo progetto?”. Per quanto riguarda, invece, le attività riservate ai docenti, c’è stato un “focus group discussion”, per la valutazione dei risultati ottenuti e analisi degli obiettivi raggiunti a conclusione del progetto e l’elaborazione del Final Report. Sono state effettuate visite aziendali presso: Saint Gobain Verallia, David Lefort e Saint Laurant GAEC. E non sono mancati gli appuntamenti culturali, con le visite di Chalon-sur-Saône e a Cluny la visita guidata dell’Abbazia. “La partecipazione a questo progetto – spiegano le docenti responsabili del progetto- ha costituito una splendida occasione per tutti i partecipanti, poiché ha consentito il confronto con colleghi e studenti di nazionalità e di culture diverse, la nascita di nuovi rapporti di amicizia che proseguirà con scambi di e-mail, sms e contatti su facebook, l’immersione nel mondo imprenditoriale internazionale, un’intensa pratica della lingua inglese e un’ulteriore apertura delle porte della nostra scuola all'Europa.

The fourth and last meeting of the Erasmus + project "Being Young Entrepreneurs" was held in Chalon-sur-Saône, France, from 14th to 20th May 2017. The Italian delegation: the headmistress Giuseppina Montella, the teachers responsible for the project Silvana Raccuia, Daniela Contrafatto and Renato Bonaccorso and the students Giada Alicata, Claudia Raccuia, Martina Salerno, Andrea Donzuso, Carmelo Micalizzi and Francesco Nastasi attended the meeting together with the delegations of the other school partners: Sari Halavaara and Juha-Pekka Lehtonen Institute: "Olarin Koulu Ja Lukio" - Finland, Sharon Williams and Kelly Jordan Institute: Neath Port Talbot College - Wales, Catherine Johannes and David Heppe Institute: Lycée Hilaire De Chardonnet - France. Many interesting activities about business and entrepreuship were carried out at the French School. The final task of the project was the drafting of a Business Plan and the presentation of an "Elevator Pitch". During the meeting the students of all the delegations participated in a competition, by presenting their "Elevator Pitch" in order to effectively communicate their business idea. Then students, grouped in international teams, carried out various activities: - they participated in a digital educational game, "Arkhè", on the management of a business and set up a questionnaire for entrepreneurs' interview that was used during the various company visits organized during the week of work -they joined a game on Kahoot platform to test the Marketing vocabulary acquired during the project -they also discussed the question : "What qualities you need to be a successful businessman" in the eTwinning forum within Twinspace -they evaluated the effectiveness of the project in a Group discussion "What benefits did you get from this project?" Regarding the activities reserved to teachers, a "Focus group discussion" was carried out for the evaluation of the results obtained and the analysis of the objectives achieved at the end of the project and they also worked on the preparation of the Final Report. The French school organized company visits at: Saint Gobain Verallia, David Lefort and Saint Laurant GAEC, where students interviewed several entrepreneurs and guided tours to the historical centre of Chalon-sur-Saône, to the Cluny Abbey, a former enedictine monastery in Cluny and a cruise on Saone River. The teachers responsible for the project explained that this experience was a great opportunity for all the participants, as it allowed them to do an intense practice of the English language, to immerse themselves in the international business world, to have new friends, to learn about new cultures and lifestyles and to compare different school systems, organizations and structures
